I saw someone's rubric for Spanish 4 Honors. Impressive! Just wondering, since my department and school are revamping our rubrics this year, should the rubrics be based on the course or on the mode for the proficiency level (novice, intermediate, advanced). I personally like the ones defined specifically for the courses. However, I teach 4 different courses and have always used a rubric that has broad criteria. I just don't want to be bogged down with hundreds of rubrics. Although, it looks as though that may have to be. Any ideas? Thanks!
